RE: THEHANDI-VAN EXPIRING TICKETS AND

FARE INCREASE

REMINDER, current TheHandi-Van tickets dated 6/26, WILL EXPIRE ON TUESDAY, JUNE 30, 2026.

Starting Wednesday, July 1, 2026, TheHandi-Van fare will increase to $2.50 per ride. Riders will be required to have the exact cash fare or the New TheHandi-Van ticket valid 7/1/2026.

After June 30, 2026, riders with remaining expired tickets can take them to TheBus Pass Office by July 31, 2026, to get them exchanged and pay the difference to obtain new tickets. TheBus Pass Office is located at the Kalihi Transit Center - office hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding City holidays.
