Personal Information Changes

Effective May, 9, 2016, all personal information changes, for example, (name, address, phone number, location of residence, disability type and mobility devices) must be registered via TheHandi-Van Eligibility Center.  Please call them directly at 538-0033.

TheHandi-Van Customer Services Staff, Reservationists, Cancellations Clerks and Dispatchers will no longer accept changes to personal information unless directed by the Eligibility Center.  Thank you for your understanding and support.
